CRAFTSMANSHIP IS AT THE VERY CORE

In 2009, Kre8ive Construction was founded by Silas Toornstra in the seaside town of Raglan. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction across New Zealand, the USA, and the UK, Silas brought a wealth of expertise and a passion for quality craftsmanship to his new venture.

Over a decade later, and now incorporating a dedicated QS, Kre8ive Construction is an enthusiastic team of builders and apprentices working together to bring our customers’ visions to life. Our portfolio proudly showcases dozens of custom designed homes and satisfied clients.

We believe that early engagement during the design process helps us to truly understand the desires of our clients and the vision of the design team. Valuable input and open collaboration helps to ensure successful delivery of the project as it was originally intended.
